As a renter of a high end property managed by All County Property Management, it has been a great experience overall. All County is great and has really taken customer service to the next level. They have gone through some growing pains in recent years but have definitely made it to a place of great serve, attention to property issues, and very nice and knowledgable staff to work with. I have recommended All County Property Management to friends with properties to manage and will continue to suggest them for friends renting as well.

I just moved into one of the properties last weekend. I sent them my move-in checklist Monday morning of specific issues I ran into. They had everything fixed and left a nice note by the time I got home from work that day.

Always prompt and courteous service. They have kept my home leased for the past six years, and have worked with me to continue upkeep services (HVAC, pest control, garage door servicing, lawn care) for which I had already contracted before choosing them to manage my property.

As an out of state investor, it can be difficult to leave my rental properties to someone I trust. I can honestly say they have done an excellent and professional job since taking over my previous nightmare of a management company. I originally found them because i was using their company for another one of my rental properties. The owner is very transparent and quick to respond, I wish them all the success and wishes for the future.

One of my best decisions I made is to allow All County Property Management to manage my properties. I personally want to thank David Theurer and his team for all they do!! They are without a shadow of doubt the "A-Team"! You guys rock!
